These creatures are found in the waters surrounding Costa Rica, can foil the plans of even the most sneaky joker fish, and can be used as an excuse to the question What is that lipstick on your collar?: Uh this? its not what you think, I was swimming and I bumped into a rosy lipped batfish! Ok, ok maybe just the part about Costa Rica is true
