We're finally moving past people doing things while blindfolded, or jumping out of moving cars to bust a move. We've graduated to a safer, more wholesome challenge now — one that involves posting a photo of yourself from a decade ago to compare with your current appearance.
The rules of the #10YearChallenge are pretty simple. You excavate one of your 10-year-old photos and stitch it next to a photo of yourself in 2019. The results could be surprising, but for celebrities, it just goes to show they all drink elixir from the same fountain of youth.
